Last year Kenny Spring took charge and embraced the digital revolution of e-settlements, being the first law firm in the region to carry out an electronic settlement.  In response to our work over the past 12 months, today we received a special visit from Ian Hendey, Chief Practitioner Services Officer, at PEXA.

We thank PEXA for the initiative; it was a great opportunity for the ladies at Family First Credit Union Bathurst to work directly with Ian and talk about the digital transformation that is currently taking place around property and financial transactions.

We are working closely with the bank and credit unions in the Central West to help make the transition to e-settlements a smooth one.  With several finance related transaction switching to 100% digital in the coming months, it is a perfect time for lenders, practitioners and customers to check to see if they have any paper documents that need to be registered with the Lands Department before it is too late.
