It is an understatement to say that we live in challenging times, both for individuals and for businesses.

We know that now more than ever our clients will look to us for advice, and guidance, whether it is an insurance dispute for a cancelled holiday, employment law advice or business advice to help get you through difficult economic times.

On Monday last week, we instigated additional measures within our office to ensure that the risk to clients and staff from the COVID-19 virus are minimised which includes:

  • Increased cleaning of common areas and meeting rooms;
  • Training our team on recommenced COVID-19 hygiene measures; and
  • Minimising physical contact (such as not shaking hands).

We have adopted a policy to ensure that staff who show any signs of illness do not attend the office, but can work from home using our established remote working IT systems.  We are adding additional remote telephone handsets to our network for any staff in isolation or working remotely.

What you need to know:

For you as our clients, there should be minimal disruption to the high levels of service you have come to expect from our team. If you would prefer to have a telephone meeting rather than face to face, please let us know and we will re-arrange your appointment.

If you have travelled overseas in the last 14 days, are unwell or showing any signs of illness, we ask that you do not come to our office. Please call us so that alternate arrangements can be made, especially around the signing of documents, or where we need to have a face to face meeting.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office in Bathurst, Oberon or Lithgow on 1800 650 656. We're here to help.
