Recognising the impact that debtors can have on a business, Angus and myself discussed practical methods of avoiding disputes, the initial management of any issues and then the formal and informal methods available for the recovery of outstanding debts.
With a government estimate that 90% of small business failures can be directly attributed to poor cash flow, getting paid and debt recovery is a vital area for many businesses.
