Specialises in: court work particularly criminal, family law, de facto relationships, motor accidents, insurance disputes and general litigation.

Angus was admitted as a solicitor in 1999 and moved to Bathurst after gaining extensive insurance litigation experience in Sydney. He joined Kenny Spring Solicitors as a solicitor in the litigation section and became a Partner of the firm in early 2004.

Angus has a particular interest in Family law and defacto relationship disputes and focuses on assisting parties to reach agreement without the intervention of the Court. Where such agreement cannot be achieved, Angus’ years of litigation experience ensure that matters are thoroughly and meticulously prepared for hearing, in either the Family Court or Federal Magistrate’s Court.

An experienced court advocate, Angus regularly appears in the Local and District Courts, the Workers Compensation Commission, Motor Accident Authority Claims Assessment and Resolution Service and various Tribunals, primarily in relation to insurance claims and general litigation matters.

Angus is a member of All Saints' College Council and acts as a Magistrate in the Law Society Inter-School Mock Trial competition. He is married and has two children.
